Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  When the order ships you will receive an email containing the tracking # and shipment method. You can also click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed or to log in. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once you receive an email with your tracking #, the order is no longer editable. You must call 305.477.2333 for any changes.
How do I track my order?
  You will receive an email with your tracking # and shipment method. You can track the package on the shipper's website.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status.

Check to see if you received an email with your tracking # confirming that your package has shipped. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact the shipper (USPS or FedEx) for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. Check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. You can find the tracking # in an email sent to you when the package shipped. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
My product is missing parts.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Backorders are noted on the product page. By placing the order you have accepted the item(s) to be shipped at a later date. Backordered items will ship ASAP. If you are willing to accept a replacement, please call 305.477.2333 to edit the order.
